Challenge

  • To design 'staff, friends and family' Christmas conference invite, each with a unique barcode per invite.
  • Ability to dispatch a number of invites to L'Oreal's UK network of direct and franchise staff. In both high volume batches and as single invites.
  • An on-site check-in solution to ensure quick and secure barcode scanning of all invites with duplicate invite scanning alerts and manual name look-up and admit features.
  • Real time attendee monitoring for L'Oreal management. Giving an up-to-the-minute understanding of in-venue statistics.

Solution

  • Direct consultancy with L'Oreal management to formulate a successful invite design and email delivery method for their entire UK staff and franchise network while ensuring brand standards were kept throughout the design and delivery process.
  • Provision of Qflow for events laser scanners for the 3 day duration of the event. Including check-in staff training and direct phone support throughout event opening periods. Ensuring entry wait times were kept to a minimum and check-in scanning troubleshooting was handled swiftly and effectively.
  • Detailed post event reports allowed management valuable insight into both event surge periods and staff + franchise attendee levels.
