To design 'staff, friends and family' Christmas conference invite, each with a unique barcode per invite.
Ability to dispatch a number of invites to L'Oreal's UK network of direct and franchise staff. In both high volume batches and as single invites.
An on-site check-in solution to ensure quick and secure barcode scanning of all invites with duplicate invite scanning alerts and manual name look-up and admit features.
Real time attendee monitoring for L'Oreal management. Giving an up-to-the-minute understanding of in-venue statistics.
Solution
Direct consultancy with L'Oreal management to formulate a successful invite design and email delivery method for their entire UK staff and franchise network while ensuring brand standards were kept throughout the design and delivery process.
Provision of Qflow for events laser scanners for the 3 day duration of the event. Including check-in staff training and direct phone support throughout event opening periods. Ensuring entry wait times were kept to a minimum and check-in scanning troubleshooting was handled swiftly and effectively.
Detailed post event reports allowed management valuable insight into both event surge periods and staff + franchise attendee levels.
